Mark ThomasMark has extensive experience in advising and assisting a diverse range of clients from the inception of their construction projects, into the design development and procurement stages, and then during delivery and onto a successful conclusion at financial close. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry working on major construction projects in a wide range of industry sectors in the UK and overseas Mark is increasingly called upon as an expert witness, or to advocate or defend claims for a party to a contractual difficulty or dispute.

Marks recent appointments include assisting in the successful procurement and delivery of a GBP £350 million Airport Terminal scheme, monitoring the delivery of elements of a GBP £215 million Modern Art Gallery extension, along with a variety of expert witness, claims advocacy appointments and successful corporate book debt recovery appointments on behalf of Insolvency Practitioners.

Mark is experienced in all areas of construction cost and risk management and has become expert in construction dispute matters and particularly contentious construction contract claims. Marks expertise has been accumulated from his earlier background as an M&E Claims specialist (loss and expense claims). He acts as an M&E Quantum expert witness and is experienced in Adjudication, Mediation and Arbitration practice and procedures and he provides litigation support services and advice.

Mark ThomasTara Culhane is an established figure in the Middle Eastern arena. She holds a senior position with a Bahrain based publishing and marketing organisation (Al Hilal Group) having Directed their UK operation for 25 years and is also a Director of The Middle East Association and Women in Business International Limited, established as part of a UK Government Initiative to connect businesswomen and invited businessmen in the UK with influential businesswomen in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and Iran.

Hans HaenleinProfessor Hans Haenlein MBE Dip Arch RIBA FRSA is a leading expert in the planning of education and community facilities and able to draw on over 40 years experience both as an academic and as a practicing architect. His practice has a track record of innovative design across a broad range of projects in the UK, Europe and Africa, covering new build, rehabilitation, work to historic buildings and urban planning. The practice specialises in the design of energy efficient and accessible buildings and is involved with the University of Reading in research into barrier free design, briefing and the construction process. Currently he is designing a Concept Building for the International Centre for Inclusive Environments at the University of Reading, as well as several schools and urban regeneration projects. He is registered in the UK as a specialist Client Design Advisor.
